1mdb Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1mdb platform by all registered users and visitors to this site. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1mdb platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
To register and use 1mdb's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age required under applicable local law, whichever is higher.
- Be legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting or gaming activities.
- Register an account personally, in your own name, and not on behalf of any other person.
1mdb reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate existing accounts if any of the above eligibility requirements are not met, at any time.
Account Creation, Security & Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 1mdb platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password. 1mdb recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
- Notify the 1mdb support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.
1mdb is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
Users of the 1mdb platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means, cheating, or system manipulation.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account balance to another party.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Spreading unlawful or defamatory content, or content that damages the reputation of 1mdb, through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and legal action where necessary.
Payment Information, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 1mdb platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information they provide is accurate, valid, and belongs to them. 1mdb does not accept the use of payment methods that do not belong to the registered user.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using the local payment methods listed on the deposit page within your account. All deposits are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. 1mdb reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal to ensure account security. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements
All bonuses, rewards, or promotional credits received through the 1mdb platform are subject to the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements. Users must fulfil the wagering requirements before any bonus amount can be converted into withdrawable cash. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Liability Limits
1mdb makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or data loss at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1mdb is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses from any games or bets placed on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1mdb platform — including text, images, logos, interface designs, software code, and other materials — is the property of 1mdb or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without explicit written consent from 1mdb.
Third-Party Links
The 1mdb platform may contain references to third-party services. 1mdb is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1mdb reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
